Shipping Policies- All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are processed after all payments have been completed and approved. All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail. Orders will arrive to you jewels within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or any National Holidays. We will ship to you on the next business day. We do offer overnight shipping. Email us for rates and further details about this service at an extra cost. Also jewels we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages lost, stolen or damaged by USPS. In an instance this happens please don't hesitate to take up a claim with the USPS. This claim must be filled IMMEDIATELY in order to receive a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges and store credit within 5 days!
In order for us to accept your exchange or store credit you jewels must meet our guidelines:
- Merchandise must be clean and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will NOT accept any returns if merchandise has been worn, damaged or spoiled. Merchandise must be free from odor, pet hair and in the same suitable condition when first purchased.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and ready to be resalable.
- All merchandise that has been tagged FINAL SALE cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
- All customers are responsible for shipping cost when they exchange any merchandise. And shipping cost is non-refundable.
- You must provide us with your original packing slip and your order number so we can identify you, and digitally process your exchange or store credit in a timely manner.
**Please notify us Immediately via email or by phone at 769-218-8057 if you don’t have your packing slip or order number. This will allow us to properly provide you with a different size, color or with the same merchandise you ordered if in stock. If merchandise is not in stock, we will be gladly to provide you with a gift card via email or a merchandise credit.
